1 lb. hamburger
4 slices bread
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 med. onions
2 sticks celery, chopped
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 tsp salt
2 cups tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble bread, soak in milk and beaten egg. Mix with ingredients except tomato juice. Shape into 8 balls place in greased casserole. Pour tomato juice over balls and bake 1 1/2 hour at 350º. These may be cooked in pressure cooker for 15 minutes.
