4 cups zucchini, grated
1 1/2 cups cheese, grated
1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup milk
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 green pepper, chopped
sprinkle of oregano

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 1 hour at 350.
