6 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices bread
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread, trim and put in a buttered casserol dish. Mix egg, milk, seasoning and cheese. Pour over bread. Let stand over night in refrigerator.
Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours

Wanda also puts in chopped ham, sasuage, mushrooms, olives and chives and is served as a brunch family meal.
