1 c sugar
2 egg whites,stiffly beaten
1 lb pecan halves (4c)
1/2 c butter, not oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Fold sugar into stiffly beaten egg whites. Mix in pecans until well covered. Melt butter in a jelly roll pan in 325 oven. Spoon pecans over butter and bake at 325 for 30 min stirring every 10 min.
