2 cups flour
200 g unsalted margarine
1 T sugar
2 yolks
15 g wet yeast
3/4 cup milk
Filling:
250 g finely ground poppy seeds
11/4 cup sugar
1 cup water
100 g raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Mix with flour, margarine, sugar. Prepare a homogeneous dough and divide in two halfs to make two rolls.
Boil the ingredients for the filling: water, sugar and poppy seeds. Let cool until all water is absorbed. Add raisins and mix well. Make one thin layer of half the dough, spread half of the filling and roll. Repeat with the second half. Beat the egg yolks and use a brush to spread evenly on the rolls.
Bake at 375°F.
