One 2-4 pound chuck steak
1 1/2 c salad oil
1/2 c soy sauce
2 1/4 t salt
1/2 c wine vinegar
2 T dry mustard
1/4 c worchestershire sauce
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
1 T coarse black pepper
1 1/2 t parsley flakes
1 or 2 crushed garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a shallow pan, add meat, turning to coat both sides. Marinate 24 hours, turning after 12 hours. Barbecue 20 minutes on one side, 15 minutes on the other (depending on degree of doneness desired, and size of steak).
