4 T vegetable oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 lb Italian peppers, thinly sliced
1lb tomatoes, sliced
salt
pepper
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil, fry onion for 3-5 minutes, add peppers and tomatoes, simmer for 15 minutes covered. Add salt, pepper and sugar, taste.
Additions
1. Add eggs while mixing, until egges are ready
2. Add rice from the beginning
3. Add potatoes, cubed, from the beginning
