3 quarts popped popcorn 1/4 cup or 1/2 stick butter 1- 10 oz. bag mini marshmallows 1/4 cup light brown sugar 1 bag Holiday M&M's or mini baking M&M's
In a medium saucepan melt butter. Add marshmallows, and brown sugar. Pour over popcorn and stir until completely coated. Let cool a little, then add the M&M's and stir. Form into balls and wrap in plastic wrap.
