1 pound Ground beef
12 potatoes med-large
Country Gravy

Directions:
Directions:
1) Peel, Cube & Fry potatoes. Drain & set aside.
2) Brown the ground beef, drain and mix with the potatoes.
3) Make Country gravy (flour, shortening, milk- see Sausage Gravy recipe in the breakfast section, but remove the sausage if desired)
4) Top individual servings with gravy.
