4 T unsweetened cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T milk

Bring butter, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Spread on brownies while hot.
