Directions:
*Heat the oven to 350.
*Lightly spray 2 cookie sheets.
*Mix together everything BUT the chips & the coconut on low 'til well blended.
*Hand stir in the chips & the coconut.
*Drop onto prepared cookie sheets by the teaspoon~OR~use a 1 1/2 ounce "disher" {found at most gadget stores This is my favorite way,it's easier & creates uniform size cookies}
*Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
*Cool on a cooling rack.
***These freeze up beautifully ! Put them on paper plates with wax paper between layers & double wrap with saran wrap~
WHILE THEY'RE STILL WARM.

Personal Notes:
I learned to freeze baked goods from my Pastry Chef Instructor George Jack. He taught to me divide them out & freeze right away....they are so moist later & taste like they were just made !
