8 skinned and boned chicken breasts
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 c. all-purpose flour
vegatable oil
Come Back Sauce
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. ketchup
2 T. water
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1 medium onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Cut each breast into 4 strips. Combine strips, milk, salt, lemon pepper and pepper, in a small dish or zip lock bag. Cover or seal and chill 4 hours. Remove chicken, discard marinade and dredge in flour. Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a large Dutch oven; heat to 350F. Fry chicken in batches, 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Come Back Sauce.
Come Back Sauce:
Stir all ingredents together. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Makes 3 cups.
