2 Tbsp. Butter or Margarine
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups cubed Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp. dry Mustard
1/4 tsp Pepper
8 oz. Elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni in water until tender and drain.
While the macaroni is cooking, melt the margarine in a sauce pan over medium, heat until melted. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Gradually add the milk. Add mustard. Cook over medium heat until thickened and then add the cheddar cheese, stirring until melted. Combine the sauce with the cooked macaroni. Pour into a 9x13inch greased baking dish and bake st 375 F for 25-35 minutes.
