4 Ripe Tomatos
1lb. Brie- cut off rine and slice thin
1 Cup fresh chopped Basil
3 Garlic Cloves- chopped and peeled
1 Cup Olive oil
1 1/2 lb. Linguini
Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brie, basil, olive oil, garlic, in a large mixing bowl. set aside and cover at room temperature for two hours.

Cook linguini 8-10 mins.

Drain linguini and toss with ingredients in bowl.

Add fresh parmesan to taste. Serve immediately
