1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 cups cooking oil
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 cup of 7-Up©
3 eggs
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 pkg pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups cold milk
3 envelopes Dream Whip©

For Cake:
Mix all ingredients well. Turn batter into three 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 325ºF for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting

For Frosting:
Follow package directions on Dream Whip©, omitting the vanilla and adding the pistachio pudding. Frost cake when cool.
