1lb round steak
1 onion
2-3 jalapenos
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oyster
1/8 cp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2- 1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Slice meat into thin strips. Slice onion and jalapenos into thin slices and set aside in bowl. Chop garlic coarsley and brown in deep skillet in the oil. Add meat and cook throughly. Add oyster sauce to meat and then add the vegetables (onion/peppers). Stir add the soy sauce, cover and cook for a few minutes until veggies are soft. Mix cornstarch and cold water, Add to the skillet, stirring until thickened. Continue to add water slowly, until desired consistency. Serve over white rice.
