2 tbsp oil
1 med. onion chopped
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 zucchini sliced
1 14.5 oz. can Italian Seasoned diced tomatoes
9 lasagna noodles
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup plain yogurt
2 cups shredded mozzarela
1/2 cup shredded parmesan
8 oz. fresh mushrooms sliced

Heat oil in large skillet over high heat, add onion and broccoli. Saute for 2 min. Add zucchini and mushrooms, saute 1 min. Add undrained tomatoes stir, simmer vegetables for 5 min. Preheat oven 350 degrees cook noodles according to package,. drain. Combine cottage cheese and yogurt. Grease a large baking dish. Spead 1 cup vegetable mixture in baking dish top with half of noodles, some cottage cheese mixture and some mozzarella. Spread half of remaining vegetable mixture on top. Repeat layering ending with vegetables. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake until cheese is bubbly about 20 min let stand about 5 min and serve.
