2 lb pkg. thin chicken breasts (no skin)
1/2 lb Honey Ham Slices (deli)
1/2 lb. Baby Swiss Cheese Slices (Provolone is also a good choice)
Dijon Mustard
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Crushed crackers for coating

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9x13 in. pan. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl for dipping, and set aside. Put crushed crackers in bowl for coating, and set aside. On cutting board, spread out chicken breast as flat as possible. wash hands before proceeding. Put a dime size of Dijon mustard on each chicken breast and spread evenly. Put on piece of ham slice on each chicken breast. Put one slice of cheese on each breast. Roll up each breast starting with th narrow part. Dip each roll into egg mix then into the coating. Put into pan. Bake for 40 min. or until golden brown. Serve with cheese gravy.
