1 lb ground beef
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp Laury's seasoned salt
1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes (3 1/2 cups)
1 pkg Laury's Spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 lb lasagna (board noodles)
1/2 lb Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese (well drained)
1/2 lbs Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 can tomato paste

Directions:
Brown meat in hot dutch oven or deep kettle. Add seasoned salt, add crushed garlic and pepper. Simmer slowly about 10 min. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and spaghetti sauce and mix. Stir thoroughly; cover and simmer for 30 min. Meanwhile, boil Lasagna in salted water until tender; drain and rinse. Pour 1/3 of the meat mixture in 12-in. x 8-in. x 2-in. baking dish... Cover with strips of Lasagna, arrange slices of mozarella and spoonfuls of ricotta over Lasagna. Repeat layers ending with mear sauce and top with parmesan cheese. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 20 min.
