2 lbs round steak (cut 1inch thick)
1/4 lb butter
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg lipton dry onion soup
Directions:
Directions:
Spread butter on round steak, sprinkle soup mix over steak, then sliced mushrooms. Wrap in 2 thicknesses of foil, place on covered roaster and bake at least 2 hours at 325 degrees. Be sure rack is in roaster.
