1 package linguine
3 T. Olive Oil
4 cloves crushed garlic
5 oz. pitted greek olives
5 oz. marinated roasted peppers
2 T. non pariel capers
4 chopped tomatoes
red pepper flakes
grated parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and cook pasta as directed. In a large saute pan
over medium heat warm olive oil and saute garlic. Add
tomatoes and cook for four minutes. Reduce heat to low and
add olives, roasted pepers and capers; saute an additional four
minutes. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over vegetables. Add
drained pasta and stir until combined. Serve with parmesean
cheese.
