1 head broccoli rabe, cleaned and chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T. olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring large pot of water to boil, add a very generous amount of
salt. Add rabe and boil about 5 minutes, until rabe is bright
green. Drain rabe. Microwave crushed garlic in olive oil for 1
minute. Pour olive oil and garlic mixture over greens.
