3-4 batches of home-made egg pasta, cut into angel hair or 1lb prepared store bought angel hair pasta-cooked according to directions.
14 oz mixed wild mushrooms ( shiitake, chanterelles, oyster, crimini)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon)
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 stick of butter
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and chop mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until just starting to turn brown. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat until mushrooms begin to brown. Remove from pan and toss with lemon juice. Toss mushroom mixture with hot pasta, butter, cheese and parsley. Season to taste. Sprinkle additional cheese on top and serve.
