12 (8-9") flour tortillas
3 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
Sauce
3 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp flour
2 cups sour cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup monterey jack cheese
1/2 tsp salt
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, chilies, onions and 1 cup cheese: set aside. Melt margarine in saucepan; add flour and salt, add chicken broth and stir until thickened. Remove from heat and add cheese; stir until melted and add sour cream. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13" casserole dish. Place approximately 1/4 cup fillin in each tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in dish and top with sauce. Sprinkle top with cayenne pepper and paprika. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350º.
