6 peaches, pitted and cut into quarters or eighths
6 plums pitted and quartered or halved
1/2 c. sugar
2 cups fresh rasberries
2 tablespoons orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Place peaches and plums (snuggly) in a single layer cut side
up in 2 oven proof baking dishes. Sprinkle with sugar and add
rasberries. Bake 25 minutes.

Place fruit under broiler for additional 5-8 minutes.

Remove from broiler and sprinkle orange juice.

Serve warm as a dessert or room temperature as a brunch
side. Can be chilled as well for breakfast.
