4-5 lb Brisket
2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
2 lbs. carrots, peeled and chopped into 1 inch cubes
1 bottle chili sauce
1/2 package onion soup mix
3/4 c. coca-cola
1 cup red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

To make glaze, combine all ingredients in large bowl.

Line pan with heavy duty foil. Layer in potatoes and carrots.
Place meat on top of vegetables and pour sauce over entire
pan. Seal well with foil, and bake 3 hours.

Remove foil from pan and bake an additional 30 minutes.
