2 c. diced Onions
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Green Pepper - Chopped
2 tbsp. Salad Oil
1 Jar (32 oz.) Newman's Own Spaghetti Sauce
1 can (8 oz.) Whole Kernel Corn
2 lbs. Ground Beef
2 cans Chili Beans (sm) or 1 Large can
2 1/2 c. Water
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 c. chopped Celery (2 sticks)

Saute onions, garlic and green pepper in oil until soft. Add beef and cook until browned. Spoon off fat. Add beans, spaghetti sauce, water, chili powder, cumin & salt and pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring frequently. Add celery & corn; simmer 1 hour more, adding water if necessary.
