1 pound Ground beef or chicken breasts
4 diced Potatoes
2 diced Onions
2 stalks chopped Celery
1/2 cup chopped Fresh mushrooms
4 tablespoons of Butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1) Take aluminum foil and make four large squares. Divide the chopped potatoes, celery, onions and mushrooms up and place in the center of each foil square.
2) Place a tablespoon of butter on top of each serving of vegetables.
3) Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and garlic salt and form into 4 patties. (if using chicken season the chicken). Place the uncooked patty on top of the vegetables in each of the 4 services.
4) Fold the foil tighty to make 4 neat packages.
5) Place seam side up on the grill for 20 minutes, flip over and cook 15 more minutes with the seam side down.
6) To serve put each individual packet on a plate and open at the table.

This is a Glamis favorite we prepared ahead of time and took with us to the desert for our camping trips. It smells so good and the juice from the meat cooks the vegetables to perfection. A great make ahead meal. Enjoy!
