6 slices of bread
Butter
1 lb. Sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups half & half (or cup ˝ half & 1 cup milk)
1 tsp. Salt
6 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese

Remove crust from bread. Spread bread with butter. Placed in greased 13 x 9 pan. Cook sausage until brown…stir to crumble. Drain well. Spoon over bread slices. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, and salt and pour over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove 15 minutes before baking. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
