2 chicken breasts (split) (1-1/2 lbs.)
2 tsp. shortening or olive oil
1 can cream chicken mushroom
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
1-8oz mix vegetables/drained
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown chicken in shortening or olive oil. Pour off fat. Stir in soup, milk & thyme. Cover & simmer 30 min. or until done. Stir occasionally. Add remaining ingredients & heat. Serve with cooked rice or egg noodles.
