Ingredients:  
5 - 6 ripe avacados
1 pomegranate
1 cucumber
red onion to taste
2 lemons
1/4 c. cilantro
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the avocados, cucumber, and red onion. Mix
together with pomegranate, cilantro and salt. Squeeze
juice from the two lemons over the mixture. Serve with
tortilla strips or pita crisps.
