2 Eggs
1/2 c. Milk
1 c. Flour (Sifted)
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oil
1 c. Corn

Directions:
Beat eggs. Stir in milk, flour, baking powder, salt & oil. Add in corn. Drop by spoonfuls into hot grease. 375 degrees F

If you use fresh corn on the cob, parboil before cutting off cob. Slit kernels & scrape of cob.

Batter also good to use for Onion Rings, Apple Fritters & Banana Fritters.
