3/4 c. Corn Starch
1/4 c. Unsifted Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. Water
1 Egg (Slightly Beaten)
1 qt.Oil
1 lb. Boneless Chicken-1 in. cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together corn starch, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Add water and egg. Mix until smooth. Pour oil into skillet. Dip chicken cubes into batter and add to hot oil. Fry, turning once every 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
