1 tbsp yeast 1 3/4 c warm water 3 tbsp honey 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 c flaxseed meal (or 2/3 c whole seeds, 3 c whole wheat flour ground)
In a large bowl dissolve yeast in warm water. Set aside until bubbly (about 5 min). Mix in the honey, olive oil, and salt. Mix well. Stir in the flaxseed meal and whole wheat flour. Mix well. Bake at 350º for 40-45 min.
