3 eggs 1 cup pumpkin 1/3 cup Sugar or (Splenda) 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice or (1 tsp Cinnamon and 1/4 tsp each of the following spices ginger,cloves,nutmeg (Spread this Mixture in the bottom of a pie crust)
In another bowl mix: 2 slightly beaten eggs 2/3 cup Corn Syrup 1/2 cup Sugar Then add 1 cup pecans ( chopped if you wish) Pour this on top of pumpkin mixture and bake.
