6 medium sized zucchini (6 to 8 inches long)
lean bacon, cooked
shredded cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and drain on paper towels. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and scoop out some of the center to make a cavilty down the middle of them.
Spray a pan with olive oil. Fill the cavilty with shredded cheddar cheese, a slice of bacon, and top with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Grill on the BBQ until tender (approximately 15 to 20 minutes).
