1 pkg Pillsbury pie crust
2ups water
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 1/2 cups potato flakes
1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup green onion
4oz shredded chedder cheese
2 small tomatoes diced big

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie crust 9-11 minutes. In large sauce pan add water, butter, salt, garlic powder and pepper. Boil. Remove from heat, add potato flakes and 1/2 cup sour cream. Sprinkle pie whe with onion and cheese. Spoon potato mixture evenly over cheese. Arrange tomatoes around edge. Brush with oil. Cook 400 degrees 15-20 mintues. When serving top
