3/4 cup brown sugar, 6 Tablespoons butter, 3 Tablespoons corn syrup, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 3 cups Corn Chexs cereal, 3 cups Rice Chexs cereal, 2 cups pretzels, 1 cup nuts (any kind)

Cover cookie sheet with wax paper.
Microwave brown sugar, butter and corn syrup uncovered on high 1 or 2 minutes, till butter is melted. Stir in baking soda until dissolved. Stir in cereal, pretzels and nuts. Microwave on high 3 minutes, stiring every minute. Spread on cookie sheets. Cool 10 minutes, break into bite-size pieces. Store in air tight container.
