1 egg
Butter
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Spray griddle and put on medium-high heat. Butter slice of bread on one side. Cut a hole in the middle of the bread using a round cookie cutter (a small cup works well, too). Place bread, butter side down on hot griddle. Crack egg into hole in bread (scramble if desired), season with salt and pepper. Butter other side of bread, and round piece. Flip bread over when bread is golden brown and egg is partially cooked. Cook other side until golden brown and egg is fully cooked. Also cook the round piece--the hole.
