* A whole fresh pineapple
* A can of Coco Loco pina colada mix
* Large can pineapple juice
* Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
* Little drink umbrellas
* Lots of ice & a blender

Directions:
Directions:
*Clean & core the pineapple down to bitesize pieces.
*Put 2 big handfulls of the pineapple ,
1/2 can of the Coco Loco ,
1/3 can of the juice ,
1 cup of the rum ,
into the blender cup
*Blend a little to break it down then fill with ice.
*Blend until you've got a tasty frozen cocktail !
{this takes a few minutes & you'll usually hear the blender's pitch change}
Serve up in your favorite glass with a drink umbrella.
