2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 1/4 cups of sifted flour
2 tsp of soda
2 cups of grated carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Combine surgar, oil and eggs. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Add to mixture and beat at low speed for 1 minute. Add carrots and nuts.
Spread batter in greased and floured 9-by-13" pan. Bake at 300 for 1 hour or until cake test done.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. of powdered sugar
Soften cream cheese and butter. Beat two together and add vanilla. Gradually beat in sugar a little at a time to spreadable consistancy. Add milk to thin if necessary
