1 pkg. of yellow cake mix
1 8 oz. of cream cheese
1 cup of cold milk
nuts and coconut
1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple,drained, reserve juice
1 3 oz. pkg. of instant vanilla pudding
1 9 oz. container frozen whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to pkg. directions, using the reserved pineapple juice and water for the liquid called for in the directions. Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes in a greased and floured 15-by-10-by-1-inch jelly roll pan. Cool in pan, set aside. In large bowl blend together cream cheese, pudding and milk until smooth. Fold in drained pineapple and spread over top of cake. Cover with whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Refrigerate
