Pear and Apple Coffeecake Recipe

1/2 cup of margarine, or butter
2 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of pears, peeled and chopped
1 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of apples, peeled and chopped

Ceam well butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Beat well.
Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream. Fold in apples and pears.
Sprinkle with topping. Bake 350 for 45 minutes in a tube pan.

Topping:Mix together:
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of chopped nuts
2 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of cinnamon.
