Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 cup of mashed banana
1/2 cup of sour milk
1 cup of chopped walnuts
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of melted butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
To make sour milk add 1-2 tbsp. vinegar to milk and let sit while mixing everything else. Milk will curdle. Mix dry ingredients together. Add banana, eggs, sour milk and butter. Mix together. Add nuts and chips. Pour into 3 small loaf pans, greased. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes up clean.

Personal Note:
This recipe came from my Mother and I added to it. I usually use 2 or 3 very ripe bananas, mashed and don't bother measuring. I've also added at times wheat germ or coconut, 1/2-1 cup of either or each. My children love this.
