2 c all-purpose flour
1 c sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c mashed ripe bananas (about 2
1/3 c milk

1/3 c peanut butter
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
1 c milk chocolate chips, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray bottom only of loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, combine bananas, milk, peanut butter, oil and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips. Spoon batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chips evenly over batter. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove loaf to cooling rack and cool completely.
