1 1/8 lbs edible portiions of potatoes
1/3 qts water
1 oz onions chopped
1 1/4 oz celery chopped
3 cups hot milk
1 oz margarine
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 tablespoon of pepper
1 oz flour
1/4 teaspoon parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes or steam potatoes, in given amount of water. Cook onions and celery in steamer until tender. Heat milk. Add potatoes, onions and celery to hot milk. Make paste with flour add to soup and stir. Add butter salt and pepper.
