1 1/2 cups crouton / herb seasoned
3/4 cup milk
2 whole eggs
1 lb and 10 oz ground beef
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup onions sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine croutons, milk and eggs in mixing bowl. Let stan 5 minutes or until croutons are soft. Beat until smooth. Add beef and salt, mixing thoroughly.

Portion into six equal patties. Place in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until done. Cover with sliced onion/gravy.
