8 to 9 medium - potatoes
garlic salt to taste
8 oz. - cream cheese
butter
8 oz. - sour cream
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and boil potatoes until fork tender. Mash with small amount of milk. Mix cream cheese and sour cream with mixer, then add mashed potatoes. Add garlic salt. Put in casserole dish and top with pats of butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake ½ hour at 350º.

This is a great way to make mashed potatoes ahead of time and then just put the dish in the oven to bake right before serving.
