2 lbs. - pork top loin, boneless 1 c. - onion, chopped ¾ c. - diet soda ¾ c. - barbecue sauce
Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook covered on high for 5 to 6 hours until meat is very tender. Drain and slice or shred pork. Makes 8 servings at 4 points each. Serve it on wheat buns that are 2 points.
