2 lbs. large shrimp
1 cup butter
1 cup fine bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, minced
2 scallions, minced
1 1/2 T. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
3/4 cup dry sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Steam shrimp 5 min. Peel and devein, leaving tails intact. Arrange shrimp in single layer in 9X 13 inch baking dish. Set aside. Melt butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle shirmp with crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, or until thoroughly heated.
